For Street Artearoa competitions and giveaways

1. Eligibility

• Entry is free and open to ages stated on competition sheet.
• Entrants must be residents of New Zealand.
• Employees of Street Artearoa and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• Entrants must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.

2. Competition Period

• The competition opens and ends at date and time stated on competition sheet .
• Any entries received after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must use the official competition sheet available at location stated in competition details.
• Entries must be the original, hand-coloured work of the person whose details are submitted with the competition sheet.
• Submit your completed entry at location stated in competition details.

4. Prize Details

• Prizes for this competition stated on competition sheet.
• Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Judging and Winners

For colouring-in competitions:

• Entries will be divided into categories where stated on competition sheet.
• Winners will be selected by a judging panel based on creativity, effort, and originality.

For general competitions:

• Winners selected based on answering all questions correctly.

For all competitions:

• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone by date stated on competition sheet.

6. Privacy and Promotional Use

• By entering the competition, parents/guardians grant Street Artearoa permission to publish the participant’s artwork, first name, and age for promotional purposes on our website and social media pages.
• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of running the competition and will not be disclosed to third parties.
